I've been using this shampoo for about two weeks now, and so far I'm happy with the results. It cleans my hair well without leaving it feeling overly dry, and it has a pleasant scent that isn't too strong. My hair feels softer, looks healthier, and is easier to manage after each wash. While it's still early to judge the long-term effects, my experience has been positive, and I would consider buying it again.
Its ok. Been using for 6 months. Maybe not enough? But I am also using red light cap and the conditioner. I do see baby hairs and I do see some more hairs, but at this point I thought it would be a little thicker, so hopefully it'll be much better in six more months or a year. It definitely improves your hair. But it wasn't like 3 months and I had a full head of hair. It's taken time. Hopefully it does the job in 6 months and looks like I did when I was in my early thirties LOL

The products seem to work, I just don't keep up with it as I'm always traveling and the product doesn't go through airports in carry on bags. The big issue i have is with customer service. I bought a 6 month supply of the shampoo and the spray, paid extra not to be on a subscription. After 6 months another 6 month supply was shipped to the address in FL where I was no longer living. I know because I got a delivery notification and my credit card was charged. Was only able to contact customer service via email, the reply was send the product back for a refund. I never received the product to send back. I only hope the subscription has been canceled as requested, and I guess I lost $300+. Customer Service is a total failure, I would not recommend for that reason.

I love the shampoo. I have been using it for 18 months. I have seen a little regrowth. Certainly not a mane of a Spartan. But my scalp and remaining hair are better
I’ve been using it for over a year. It seems to have helped some with thinning hair on top, But, it’s not really noticeable that it’s doing much at all. I use it four times a week. I leave it in for two minutes or more, massaging it into my scalp. Definitely somewhat disappointing.
